I guess that is what New Year resolutions are about. Well, just pick one thing you dread the most and do it now. Focus on it alone. Do it first. Getting it done will give you a big emotional boost and take one thing off of that unavoidable list. Happy New Year!

~~~ National study... that compares the strength of local economies. The 2006 Economic Strength rankings compiled by Policom Corporation has been released. Rankings are provided from metro and micropolitan statistical areas. The study assesses the condition of an economy from the viewpoint of its impact upon the standard of living of the people who live and work in an area. Economic strength is defined as the long-term tendency for an area to consistently grow in both size and quality. ~~~ Above the fold... In the newspaper world, the most valuable real estate is the front page above the fold followed by each section's above the fold. In the digital world is your web site design taking advantage of it's most valuable real estate... above the scroll?
~~~ Anti-spam strategy for Outlook/Outlook Express... effectively eliminates spam. This program is different. Most e-mail protection software uses a list of rules to identify spam and phishing. But spammers aggressively invent new ways to thwart those rules. Cloudmark determines what is spam or phishing through their network of over a million spam fighters. When a user clicks the Block Spam or Block Phish buttons, Cloudmark compares this with the action of other users. If other users in the network also consider the message to be spam or fraud, then similar messages are automatically blocked in the future, for all users in the network.
