Arizona Public Service
"A company saved is a company earned," could be the mantra for Building Bridges to Business (B3), the Arizona Public Service (APS) program designed to help rural communities retain existing industrial and commercial businesses. B3 is a business retention and expansion tool that addresses the needs of existing businesses and the communities in which they reside.
APS introduced Building Bridges to Business in communities in Arizona in 2002 and continues to expand involvement for both primary sector and commercial sector (retail & tourism) businesses.
APS Premier Economic Development Team has been a leader in retaining Arizona businesses and attracting new employers to communities throughout Arizona. APS, Arizona’s largest and longest-serving electric utility, serves more than 874,000 customers in 11 of the state’s 15 counties.
