How long will the webinar last?
Each webinar will vary in length depending on the topic as well as the Q&A. Generally, webinars will last approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1hr. 30 minutes. All webinars include at least 20 minutes for participant’s questions.
When will the webinar begin?
The webinar will begin at the time
published on the webinar registration site and may vary from
event to event. Participants are encouraged to login
at least 15 minutes early to make sure you have time to get help if needed. Assuring access once the webinar begins cannot be guaranteed.
Is this a toll free call?
Participants have two options for joining the audio portion of the webinar:
- If a land line is used, customary long-distance charges associated with the call will apply and be billed by your long-distance carrier without additional fees or charges.
- Voice over Internet audio is provided at no charge; however, participants must have speakers and a microphone attached to the computer to use this feature.
Can I ask questions?
Yes, participants are encouraged to ask questions via the chat/question feature or by raising your virtual hand. The moderator will then manage questions. A minimum of 15 minutes in each event is set aside for questions.
Do I have to download software to participate?
Blane, Canada Ltd. uses GoToWebinar by Citrix to host this webinar. When you initially login, you will be asked to download the webinar interface software. This is a seamless process and can easily be managed with no technical expertise in just a few minutes by following the on-screen prompts. We have over four years of experience with this platform with excellent results and very few login problems.
Some IT Departments have very strict connection restrictions. Please check with your IT Department, if necessary to insure your ability to access Citrix GoToWebinar.com.

What is the cancellation policy?
If you are registered and have to cancel, you will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the webinar.
Will the webinar be recorded?
Webinars will not be recorded for distribution; however, by registering for this webinar, you are giving Blane, Canada Ltd. permission to record your comments, without any remuneration to you.
How will I find out how to login to the webinar?
Each registrant will be sent complete instructions as well as a web link for the event via email the day before the event. Reminders are also sent the day prior to the webinar.
Can I pay by check?
Yes, participants can register and pay by check; however, payment must be received at least one
week prior to the event or a credit card guarantee must be provided.

The cost of this webinar is $89.00 U.S. for individual registrant.
Small Group rate is $170.00 U.S. for groups of 2-5 individuals.
The Large Group rate is $250.00 for groups of more than 5 individuals.
