FAQs
Real Answers. No Jargon. Just Clarity.
Still have questions? You’re not alone. Whether you’re just exploring AI or deep in the weeds of marketing systems, this page offers clear, practical answers to the most common questions we hear from founders, executives, and growing teams.
What’s the first step?
Schedule a free consultation. We’ll get clear on where you are, where you want to go, and how to get there.
How do I know if your solutions are right for my business?
If you’re wasting time on manual tasks, fighting disconnected tools, or unsure where AI fits—this is built for you.
What happens after we get started?
You’ll receive a custom roadmap, smart recommendations, and ongoing support to ensure your systems actually get used and understood by your team.
What’s the difference between AI Audits and full automation builds?
An audits is focused only on uncovering what’s working, what’s wasting time, and where automation could help. It ignores training, guardrails, and people. Critical ingredients for success. Automation builds bring that operating clarity to life—through voice agents, workflows, MVPs, and more.
Do I need to understand AI to benefit from it?
Nope. That’s our job. You stay focused on the vision—we’ll make the tools work behind the scenes.
How does your transformational model uncover ROI?
As we work with the team on training, business issues will arise on bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, disconnected data sources needed for decisions. These are noted and then later explored in the operations review and ranked by impact. Each is then tied to time saved, revenue unlocked, or reduced stress.
Why is Team Training so Important?
AI training is hierarchical. Executives absorb the vast majority of the training focus. The recent WalkMe study found that among Gen Z workers, only 6.8% report receiving extensive, time-consuming AI training, and 13.5% received none at all. This is the lowest of any age group. Despite this, an overwhelming 89.2% use AI at work—and just as many (89.2%) use tools that weren’t provided or sanctioned by their employer. Blane Canada’s Transformational AI Model bridges the AI readiness gap, creates clear guidance, provides comprehensive training, and shapes transparent policies.
Why shouldn’t we just do an AI audit, it seems every AI consultant is offering an audit process.
That is correct, many companies offer AI audits. Many are excellent. But an audit only covers part of the challenge you face as a business executive. It will help you identify potential areas where AI can streamline work by eliminating repetitive tasks for example. However, as the executive you are ultimately responsible for the company’s culture and brand: people on the team and customers. By skipping over team training and guardrails risks are created in both areas.
What’s the difference between automation and personalization?
-
Automation sends the message.
-
Personalization makes it resonate.
-
We do both—strategically and at scale.
Can we use the AI strategy model you propose with an internal team to be more effective?
Yes, you can utilize an internal team for training, planning, and executing your AI strategy; however, during a period of change like this, it is really important to expand communications - especially the training to everyone on your team. AI is stimulating a mixture of feelings for team members. Inclusion is a critical step in a successful launch. We highly recommend a hybrid approach for this reason. People first.
If we schedule a workshop, can we minimize travel expenses by offering multiple sessions during the same trip?
Absolutely, we are happy to discuss multiple session events. Our goal is your goal. We both want to reach as many people as possible to improve AI literacy. Reach out for more information.
How do you compare to traditional agencies?
We’re not an agency. We don’t sell retainers or preset packages—we solve problems. The Transformational Model clearly demonstrates that difference. The Model allows training, clarity, speed, and smart systems built for how you work.
